-Do I need to register before placing an order?
You can place an order without registering, but for the convenience of tracking your order information, we recommend you to register an account.

-What if I forget my login password?
Don’t worry! If you forget your password, just click “Forgot your password?” link on the “Login” page and input your email. You will then receive a password reset email.
-What if I cannot login to my account?
Check your login details carefully. Please make sure that the email address is the same one you used for registration and that the password is correct. Also ensure that your web browser accepts cookies. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact us for assistance.

-How to care for your clothes?
We recommend washing clothes in cold water with mild detergent to maintain fabric quality and color. Avoid bleach, and do not tumble dry unless stated otherwise on the label. Iron on low heat if necessary, and store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their texture and shape.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 working days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Average shipping time is about 7 to 15 working days.
How do I cancel an order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 24 hours after the order is placed or before shipping. After that, the order has most likely been processed or shipped. Once this happens, it cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we prioritize fast service to ensure your orders are delivered promptly.
What’s my tracking number?
After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
